Rich Labriola founded Labriola Baking Company in 1993. Once he sold his artisan baking company, he went on to create the Doughboy Restaurant Group, encompassing Stan's Donuts & Coffee & Labriola Ristorante, including Labriola Chicago on Michigan Avenue. It is now known for its iconic Chicago Deep Dish Pizza and Italian American cuisine. It is also a great space for a variety of Private Events, and a diverse Catering selection for everyday lunch or special occasions!
