Kehoe Designs quietly announced a new, second location for their event space. The Geraghty North, located at 2100 Sanders Rd. in Glenview in the North Shore. According to Crain’s Chicago Business, the new space is pending village approvals, with the goal of opening in Spring 2027. The new location is near a long-vacant office building near the former Allstate campus. This property has five acres, and Kehoe intends to demolish the existing 106,167 square foot building and replace it with a two-story, 45,000 square foot, state-of-the-art event venue. The lot is next to the Cook County Forest Preserve, which will allow for indoor and outdoor green space. Current plans for the space indicate a 600 person capacity.

The Geraghty, named for owner Tom Kehoe’s mother Mickey Geraghty Kehoe, has a current location near Pilsen has 25,000 square feet of space that can accommodate 1,000 guests. The full-service brand includes Kehoe Designs, Black Oak Technical Productions, and Floral Exhibits. High-design events are the brand’s specialty, so we anticipate that the new space will include even more amenities with incredible details.
