Carmine’s Italian Steakhouse Re-Opens in the Gold Coast Chicago

Opening January 19, Rosebud’s famed Italian Steakhouse, Carmine’s reopened in the Gold Coast at 1037 North Rush Street. The newly-designed location includes over 10,000 square feet of dining space, overlooking Mariano Park. The new space includes a 40-seat private dining room, in addition to the main dining room and an enclosed terrace. The menu includes the original classics, including an 18-ounce USDA Prime strip steak and a show-stopping 48-ounce, three-pound Steak Florentine prepared tableside for a dramatic dining experience.
