One of the best things about Chicago is that we always keep things fresh! We’re gathering up a few news pots you must try. Whether you’re a self-designated foodie, an adventurer, or looking to shake the ordinary – here are some upcoming restaurants and hotel openings to keep an eye on, and that are sure to make for great new private event spots.

This UK based steakhouse is brining it’s flavor to Chicago in 2024, after a successful run in New York. The company is taking over the old Gino’s East building in River North. While Private Dining options have yet to be officially announced, we have been assured by insiders that the expansive building will have some incredible options!

Coming to the West Loop this summer, Guinness is opening a giant new brewery in the foodie hotspot of the city. Check in with Chicago Planner Magazine for updates on their private dining options!


After a few delayed opening dates, the restaurants at the St. Regis Hotel (the most exquisite of the Marriott’s hotel lines), is finally set to open this spring. Headed up by Lettuce Entertain You, the hotel will feature two outlets – Miru (pictured right) and Tre Dita (pictured left).
