Tuna Poke on Crispy Rice Cracker, Sesame Marinated Ahi Tuna, Spicy Bean Sprouts, Avocado and Micro Cilantro
This February, the Cater of the Month is BLUE PLATE. I have enjoyed their cuisine at events and think that you should too! Jennifer Perna, VP of Sales, gives us some information on why Blue Plate should cater your next event!
SIGNATURE STYLE OF FOOD
Blue Plate has a team of innovative chefs that will create any epicurean experience that captures the uniqueness of each event. We serve a wide range of all foods— from upscale events with one bite hors d’oeuvres to designing buffets including all ethnic cuisines to serving full seated dinners. We can also serve more casual dining options like Chicago-style hot dogs and sandwiches . We have a drop-off division that puts the same, high-end focus into each sandwich as every seated dinner. We also have an in-house mixologist that hand creates alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails for each event.
RANGE OF EVENTS
We start with 10 guests and will cater up to any amount!

First of all I want to say great blog! I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if
you don’t mind. I was curious to know how you center
yourself and clear your head before writing. I have had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out.
I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems
like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions
or hints? Appreciate it!
