PickleBack-Shot-PickleBoot

In America, St. Patrick’s Day is an ode to all things Irish.  If you’re a Chicagoan, or at least a Chicagoan for a day, you can experience all the splendor of the Parade where we turn our River BRIGHT Green (This year the parade will be before St. Patty’s on Saturday the 12th).  Be it a Guinness or a whiskey, you better be drinking something.  And so, we bring you the Pickle Back Shot. The Internet states that this combination is actually quite new, originating in 2006 and created by a bartender in Brooklyn named Reggie Cunningham.  It is a shot of whiskey chased by a shot of pickle juice.  It’s been a hit commonly among Hipsters of New York, but has been spreading in popularity across the globe

.  So if you’re not one for making difficult drinks but you have no difficulty drinking, try this out.
