Old Town Pour House is returning to Downtown Chicago this summer as Chicago-based Bottleneck Management transforms the former City Social space at 120 N. LaSalle Street into a new Chicago Loop restaurant and private dining destination.
The opening marks the official return of Old Town Pour House to Chicago following the closure of its longtime Wells Street location in 2024. While the restaurant brand has continued serving guests through its Oak Brook and Naperville locations, the new Downtown Chicago restaurant brings the concept back to the heart of the city’s business and events district.

Located at 120 N. LaSalle Street, the new Old Town Pour House will occupy 6,206 square feet and accommodate up to 285 guests indoors, along with seating for an additional 36 guests outdoors. The Chicago Loop restaurant is being designed to serve weekday business lunches, after-work happy hours, private dining events, group dining experiences, semi-private gatherings, and pre-theatre dinners.
Known for its chef-driven modern American cuisine, craft beer selection, and energetic atmosphere, Old Town Pour House has long been a popular choice for corporate gatherings, client entertainment, and social events. The new Chicago location will feature a menu tailored specifically to Downtown Chicago diners while maintaining many of the restaurant’s signature offerings.

Menu highlights will include Nashville Hot Chicken Nachos, Crispy Wings, Smash Burgers, Fish & Chips, Steak Fajitas, Cajun Linguine, Smoked Cheddar Mac, Rigatoni, and other approachable favorites. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-sensitive options will also be available, making the venue suitable for a variety of corporate events and group dining occasions.
The beverage program will feature local and regional craft beers, seasonal cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and a curated wine list. Combined with its large footprint and flexible seating options, the restaurant is positioned to become a popular destination for Chicago event planners, meeting organizers, business professionals, and visitors seeking private dining and group dining opportunities in Downtown Chicago.

For Chicago’s hospitality industry, the return of Old Town Pour House adds another large-capacity venue to the growing Chicago Loop dining scene. With space for more than 300 guests and a location in the center of the city’s business district, the restaurant is expected to attract corporate groups, convention attendees, business travelers, and local diners alike.
Old Town Pour House will be open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Reservations will be available through OpenTable.
Bottleneck Management operates several restaurant and hospitality concepts throughout the Midwest and East Coast, including City Works Eatery & Pour House, South Branch Tavern & Grille, Sweetwater Tavern & Grille, and additional restaurant and event venue properties.
